Shipping & Returns
- We do our best to ship out all orders within 1-3 business days after payment. Once your order ships out you will receive an email with the tracking information so that you can see where your package is currently located.
- We source our products from several vendors worldwide, which allows us to offer wholesale prices. Because we ship from multiple warehouses, please allow for up to 2-3 weeks for any items that may ship from international warehouses
- Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping. These charges are the buyer responsibility. Please check with your country customs office to determine what these additional cost will be prior to bidding/buying.
- In the unlikely event that there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 15 days after receiving your order. We will replace or issue a refund after items are returned to us in the same condition that they were shipped (no wear or damage).
Unfortunately our carriers do not deliver to P.O. Boxes
- Our goal is for all of our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases from Epiya. As part of our warranty program, we will repair or replace any product that is found to be defective at our discretion. All warranty claims and/or return requests must be made no later than 30 Days after the items have been delivered by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org providing your name, invoice number, item and reason for return/exchange
- To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Refunds (excludes Sale Items)
- Please send an email to email@example.com providing your name, invoice number, item and reason for refund request. Refunds exclude shipping costs, unless the error was our fault.
Return Shipping Costs
- In the event that you are required to ship the item back to us for a return, exchange or refund, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs (unless the error was our fault)
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
