 Q: If I haven't receive the products, what can I do?

A: If you have not received your shipment within 30 calendar days from date of payment, please contact us via email, to include your order number and ship to address.  We will respond to your inquiry as soon as possible with a reply.

 

Q: What happens if my shipment is lost or stolen?

A:Please note that we are not responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered packages. All lost, stolen or returned packages are the responsibility of the buyer. Please contact the local carrier directly, we will assist you in filing any carrier claim necessary.

 

Q: Is there a  warranty provided for the products ordered?

A: Yes,  if you encounter a quality related issue with your order, please contact us within 30 days after receipt.  We will work with you to either repair, replace or refund the defective item, at our discretion, once a quality related issue has been confirmed. 

 

Q: How long does shipping typically take?

A: We source our watches from several vendors worldwide, which allows us to offer wholesale prices. Because we ship from multiple warehouses, please allow for up to 2 weeks for any items that may ship from international warehouses unless we advise you otherwise..

We do our best to ship out all orders within 1-3 business days after payment is received.

 

Q: What's your refund policy?

 Q: How do I return my order?

A:We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you feel you received the wrong product in error, or if you need to exchange it for the same item of a different size, please send us an email at infoepiya@gmail.com, we will then issue you an RMA number and provide you with shipping instructions.
